You are invited to a training session to learn

First Aid and CPR

This Wednesday the 8th of November at 7:30pm

After the training, we will gather in the social hall where refreshments will be served.

The training will be given by Gabriel Mier who is the is the Project Operations Specialist of the BH Fire Department for the Beverly Hills Community Emergency Preparedness Team. He teaches First Aid and CPR to community groups.

You will learn how to stop bleeding by pressure and by tourniquet and how to do cardiopulmonary resuscitation and how to use a defibrillator.

You may save the lives of others and of your loved ones .
